Job Description

Head Chef – Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Plan and develop menus, create new recipes, and maintain food quality and presentation standards.

  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations (HACCP).

  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and coordinate purchasing with suppliers.

  • Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff while maintaining a positive team environment.
