Job Description

Responsibilities of a Sous Chef

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.

  • Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation standards are maintained.

  • Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP) compliance.

  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and assist with ordering supplies.
