Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section (hot, cold, grill, pastry, etc.).

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.

  • Ensure food hygiene, safety, and proper storage procedures (HACCP).

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.

  • Train and guide Commis chefs and junior kitchen staff.
