Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section.

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.

  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP).

  • Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).

  • Support training and supervision of Commis chefs and helpers.
