Assistant Waiter / Server (Male)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior waiters in providing exceptional dining service to guests.
• Prepare and set dining tables according to fine dining standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and fully set before and during service.
• Refill water, beverages, bread, and other table essentials as required.
• Clear used plates, cutlery, and glassware efficiently without disturbing guests.
• Support the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu to answer basic guest queries.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uphold the restaurant's service standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Waiter, Server, or Food Runner in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining establishment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards is an advantage.
• Male candidates preferred.
