We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our printing and signage production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading the production team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• * Oversee the daily operations of the printing and signage production floor.
• * Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

• * Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
• * Ensure proper maintenance and optimal performance of production equipment and machinery.

• * Prepare production reports and analyze performance to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• * Prior experience managing a printing or signage production floor.
• * Strong background in cost control, staff supervision, and quality control.
• * Minimum 5+ years of relevant management experience.
• * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems.
