We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a smokehouse or steakhouse setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of meat preparation and cooking techniques. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards
• Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
• Collaborate with other chefs to create seasonal menu items
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Assist with menu planning and specials creation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen station

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a smokehouse or steakhouse
• Culinary Arts Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation and cooking techniques
