Job Description

As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen operations. You will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality dishes, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

  • Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Help create new menu items and seasonal specials
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of steak cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff effectively
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
