Service Crew

Job Description

Oxygen Gym is seeking energetic, customer-focused, and service-oriented Service Crew members to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment. The successful candidate will assist members with their day-to-day needs, support front desk operations, maintain cleanliness of common areas, and ensure all members enjoy a positive fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities

• * Welcome members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• * Provide excellent customer service and assist with general inquiries.
• * Guide members to gym facilities and services.
• * Create a positive and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• * Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, gym floor, changing rooms, and common areas.
• * Ensure gym equipment and facilities are clean and ready for use.
• * Replenish towels, toiletries, drinking water, and other consumable supplies.
• * Report damaged equipment and maintenance issues promptly.
• * Assist with member check-ins and visitor registrations.
• * Support membership inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• * Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
• * Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• * Ensure compliance with gym policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
• * Monitor cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
• * Report accidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions immediately.
• * Work closely with reception staff, trainers, housekeeping, and management.
• * Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• * Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• * Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or the fitness industry is an advantage.
• * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• * Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• * Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• * Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
